You can choose to have them Shiny or not. Note that no further customization is allowed on this package.

Note that Held Items cannot be traded in Let’s Go. You must possess the Mega Stone for the respective Pokemon within your game to use the Mega Evolution.

Pokemon will be sent via Wi-Fi Link Trade under Let’s Go’s menu: Communicate > Play With Others > Faraway Player > Link Trade.
