Pokemon will be sent via Wi-Fi Link Trade under Let’s Go’s menu: Communicate > Play With Others > Faraway Player > Link Trade. It’s really cool seeing the shiny Pokemon come through the trade pipes. I thought a trade in this game would be more difficult after reading how it’s done from the trade guide, but it was quick and easy. Another excellent package!
