Welcome to our Status page. Here you can see the number of the last order prepared, in case we have somehow missed the order.
If your order number is supposed to be prepared based on the number above but you haven’t received any email, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us, preferably on a live chat platform.
Most orders are ready within 12 hours and not more than 24 hours. Once an order is placed, it is added to our Preparation Queue, which is processed in batches a few times a day. After your order is prepared, we will contact you to join the Trade Queue. Collection time from the Trade Queue depends on the size of your order and how many customers are collecting at the same time.

Shiny Meloetta Now Available
Dear Trainers, the mythical Pokemon Meloetta is finally available as a Shiny Pokemon! Psst… Some say this is to throw the scent off the Teraleak saga.
We have updated our listings for Shiny Meloetta. The following listings now use the shiny variant instead:
- Past-Gen Legendaries Package (Scarlet / Violet)
- Paldean Living Dex (Home)
- All SV Legendaries (Home)
The SV Teambuilder has also been updated to allow the selection of Shiny Meloetta for the Custom Pokemon listing. Finally, we have a dedicated listing for it here!
