Welcome to our Status page. Here you can see the number of the last order prepared, in case we have somehow missed the order.
If your order number is supposed to be prepared based on the number above but you haven’t received any email, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us, preferably on a live chat platform.
Most orders are ready within 12 hours and not more than 24 hours. Once an order is placed, it is added to our Preparation Queue, which is processed in batches a few times a day. After your order is prepared, we will contact you to join the Trade Queue. Collection time from the Trade Queue depends on the size of your order and how many customers are collecting at the same time.

Return of Tera Raid Gimmighoul
Greetings Trainers!
To celebrate the Pokemon World Championships, Gimmighoul returns as a Tera Raid Battle event in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, with a chance of 5-star raids sporting a Shiny Gimmighoul.
The chances of finding a Shiny one are exceedingly rare, especially since there’s no color difference between the normal and shiny variants. We do sell a fully trained and evolved Shiny Gholdengo over here.
For those looking for a set to breeze through the raids, we offer an Annihilape to easily help you clear your fights.
The Gimmighoul raid runs till August 22, 2024. The next raid after that will be a Mighty Dragonite, from August 23 to September 1, 2024.
