For any request with specific moves, Nature, IVs, EVs, held item, level, Shiny or Alpha status, nickname, ball, or Trainer details, you must use the Rawkhet Teambuilder. Generate one set for each Pokemon, then paste the complete output into Order Notes at checkout.
Copy the generated output exactly. Do not handwrite it, rearrange it, or make your own format. Malformed requests are rejected. If a field is impossible for the selected Pokemon, the Teambuilder may ignore it or the set may fail validation.

A basic request can go directly into Order Notes when you only need a Pokemon, Shiny state, level, or an existing package set. Examples:

Trainer customization is not automatic
Trainer customization is included in the Custom Pokemon price, but it is not applied by default. Open Advanced (Trainer Data / Ball / Alpha / Extras) in the Teambuilder and enter the supported Trainer fields you want. Some event Pokemon and fixed-origin records cannot accept custom Trainer data. The Teambuilder warns when a selected record has that restriction.

Link Play delivery
Delivery uses one Link Play trade for a Single or six trades for a Team of 6. You need a Nintendo Account, Nintendo Switch Online, and one Pokemon to trade in return for each Pokemon ordered. Follow the Pokemon Legends Z-A Trade Guide for the full collection steps.
Some custom requests use transfer-only Pokemon. Pokemon HOME restrictions apply to those requests, and the Pokemon may not be able to move back into Pokemon HOME after delivery to Pokemon Legends Z-A. Read the restrictions before ordering.
