The Custom Pokemon listing is also for customers who want to buy a Pokemon from a specific package, instead of buying the entire package. Unlike the packages, there is also no extra payment for Trainer customization – this is included in the cost, and fields are available in the Teambuilder. If applying Trainer customization, use the appropriate fields in the Teambuilder or explicitly state the customization at Checkout. This is not default. Shiny or Alpha requests must also be explicitly declared.
KEEP IN MIND THAT POKEMON WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CORRECTED IF THEY CANNOT EXIST. No Pokemon can exist at Level 1, there is no breeding in Legends Arceus.
If your order has some level of customization (e.g. gender, nature, effort levels), you MUST use the Rawkhet Pokemon Teambuilder linked below or the order will be rejected. Only outright basic orders such as “Shiny Arcanine” or “Level 100 Cresselia” or a Pokemon from one of the packages will not require Showdown Format.

To trade in Pokemon Legends Arceus, you'll need a Nintendo Account and an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription. Your Switch Friend Code is unnecessary.
- After becoming a First Star Member in the Survey Corps, you'll gain access to the Training Post stall located between the Training Grounds and Galaxy Hall in Jubilife Village. This stall is in front of the crafting shop.

Product is great. Bad customer service. Spent over $100 with them, made a small mistake that i dont even know if it was on my end or their end, but one of the custom Pokemon didnt “tick” shiny. I got everything fine, shiny and how I wanted but when I got the Pikachu, they said I didnt pick shiny for it. Like I said, didnt know if it on my end or them but I asked if I could at least switch it out since I spent a lot with them and I have even bought from them before on both BDSP and SW&SH. They wouldnt let me exchange one Pokemon and told me I have to reorder. I bought a total of 37 Pokemons, all being shiny, obviously I would want the Pikachu to be damn shiny. Anyway product is great, but didnt like the customer service. Make sure you double check what you pick, they wont help to fix anything. Wont buy from them again.
Rawkhet Reply: The Teambuilder does not magically untick the Shiny box. The fault is definitely on your end, and the way your Pikachu was marked as not Shiny looked like an explicit omission. You severely underestimate the amount of overhead required to replace a Pokemon which is not our fault. The product is time, more so than the Pokemon. We rely on automation to keep things fast and simple, especially on launch week with 300 orders a day. Even if we verified the Pokemon requests manually, asking a customer if they had intended for it to be another way would have a completely different effect than you think. The preparation batch would be missed and the customer would experience massive delays in order processing. You’re right, we make great products. For customers who don’t cause trouble.
