Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

From Team Rawkhet, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! This has truly been a wonderful December for us with the launch of Sword and Shield, and we hope everyone enjoys the rest of the holiday season as well.

Please note that we are on holiday until January 10. Normally, we would continue to trade even when we go abroad, but after the immense workload over the past 5 weeks (and the juggling we’ve had to do with our careers, myself as a Gym Leader), we have decided that Team Rawkhet truly deserves a break.

We will be continuing to trade but trade hours will be significantly downsized. While trade hours have been approximately 12-15 hours a day, we expect hours during this time to be approximately 3-4 hours. Additionally, trades will not occur at all on December 26, 31, and January 1, 4-10.

Customers may still continue to place their orders but please expect delays so severe that we may only be able to trade on or after January 10.

Rawkhet 3.0, our vision for the store, is slated to fully launch then as well.

We have some analytics on our system and one of the statistics that popped up recently is that we have not had a quiet day in the past 3 years. It’s time for us to take some time and reconnect with those we hold dear in our lives, and we hope everyone of you get to experience that same warmth this Christmas.
