The Custom Pokemon listing is also for customers who want to buy a Pokemon from a specific package, instead of buying the entire package. Unlike the packages, there is also no extra payment for Trainer customization – this is included in the cost, and fields are available in the Teambuilder. If applying Trainer customization, use the appropriate fields in the Teambuilder or explicitly state the customization at Checkout. This is not default. Shiny requests must also be explicitly declared.
If your order has some level of customization (e.g. movesets, nature, EVs), you MUST use the Showdown or Rawkhet Teambuilder or the order will be rejected. Only outright basic orders such as “Shiny Charmander” or “Level 100 Cresselia” or a Pokemon from one of the packages will not require Showdown Format.

To trade in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you'll need a Nintendo Account and an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription. Your Switch Friend Code is unnecessary.
- After the first gym and going to the Pokemon Center basement for the first time, you'll receive the ability to access the Union Room by pressing the [Y] button when not in a building.
- Press the [Y] button to open the Union Room (or go to the basement of any Pokemon Center).
- Choose the Global Room. If you only see Local, you've done something wrong.
- Select "Yes, with a Link Code" and then enter the Link Code we provide when we're ready to trade.
- Once you're in the Union Room, look for us and interact (hit [A]) on our character to begin the trade.
- IMPORTANT: If you don't see us in the Union Room within a minute, please reply to let us know so we can troubleshoot the issue.
- SUPER IMPORTANT: The floor of the Global Room is BLUE. If your floor is green, you're in the wrong place.

Quick and simple process to receive the pokemon. You just make your choice using the team builder and paste it in the Order Description, place your order, set up a trade via email, join a global room, make the trade and that’s that. I do wish some of the legendary Pokemon were lower levels to be able to train them myself but who am I to complain, I just got pokemon I would have never been able to get in my game other wise. 5/5 for me!
