For any request with specific moves, Nature, IVs, EVs, held items, abilities, level, Shiny status, nickname, ball, or Trainer details, you must use the Rawkhet Teambuilder. Generate one set for each Pokemon, then paste the complete output into Order Notes at checkout.

Copy the generated output exactly. Do not handwrite it, rearrange it, or make your own format. Malformed requests are rejected. If a field is impossible for the selected Pokemon, the Teambuilder may ignore it or the set may fail validation.

Basic requests

A basic request can go directly into Order Notes when you only need a Pokemon, Shiny state, level, or an existing package set. Examples:

  • Shiny Chimchar
  • Level 100 Garchomp
  • Darkrai from the Legendaries package

Trainer customization is not automatic

Trainer customization is included in the Custom Pokemon price, but it is not applied by default. Open Advanced (Trainer Data / Ball / Alpha / Extras) in the Teambuilder and enter the supported Trainer fields you want. Some event Pokemon and fixed-origin records cannot accept custom Trainer data. The Teambuilder warns when a selected record has that restriction.

Union Room Link Trade delivery

Delivery uses Union Room Link Trade in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. You need a Nintendo Account, Nintendo Switch Online, and one Pokemon to trade in return for each Pokemon ordered. Follow the Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl Trade Guide for the full collection steps.

Some custom requests use transfer-only Pokemon. Pokemon HOME restrictions apply to those requests, and the Pokemon may not be able to move back into Pokemon HOME after delivery to Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Read the restrictions before ordering.

You just make your choice using the team builder and paste it in the Order Description, place your order, set up a trade via email, join a global room, make the trade and that’s that. I do wish some of the legendary Pokemon were lower levels to be able to train them myself but who am I to complain, I just got pokemon I would have never been able to get in my game other wise. 5/5 for me!

    Trade Guide (BDSP)

    To trade in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you'll need a Nintendo Account and an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription. Your Switch Friend Code is unnecessary.

    1. After the first gym and going to the Pokemon Center basement for the first time, you'll receive the ability to access the Union Room by pressing the [Y] button when not in a building.
    2. Press the [Y] button to open the Union Room (or go to the basement of any Pokemon Center).
    3. Choose the Global Room. If you only see Local, you've done something wrong.
    4. Select "Yes, with a Link Code" and then enter the Link Code we provide when we're ready to trade.
    5. Once you're in the Union Room, look for us and interact (hit [A]) on our character to begin the trade.
    6. IMPORTANT: If you don't see us in the Union Room within a minute, please reply to let us know so we can troubleshoot the issue.
    7. SUPER IMPORTANT: The floor of the Global Room is BLUE. If your floor is green, you're in the wrong place.
