Welcome to our Status page. Here you can see the number of the last order prepared, in case we have somehow missed the order.
If your order number is supposed to be prepared based on the number above but you haven’t received any email, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us, preferably on a live chat platform.
Most orders are ready within 12 hours and not more than 24 hours. Once an order is placed, it is added to our Preparation Queue, which is processed in batches a few times a day. After your order is prepared, we will contact you to join the Trade Queue. Collection time from the Trade Queue depends on the size of your order and how many customers are collecting at the same time.

Home Support for Legends: Z-A
Pokemon Home has been updated to support transfers from PLZA. We have a new listing available: Legends: Z-A Living Dex, with 480 carefully curated Pokemon that will fill out your entire Pokedex, with every available form. Shiny options available from previous games!
Updated PLZA Listings
Nearly all listings for PLZA have been updated to lower their prices, including the Custom Pokemon listing. Many listings where Shiny variants can now be obtained through Home have also been updated to give them the option. And, we have a new listing for the Magearna-Original, bringing the colorful form from Home to PLZA!
Rawkhet Teambuilder
The Rawkhet Teambuilder has been rewritten from the ground up, now with a lot more legality checks to help you generate your sets faster. Due to Home Restrictions where only Pokemon from the target game’s origin can travel to Home (and then to Champions), we have optimized our Teambuilder to help you create sets that fall within the target game.
