For Masuda Method breeding, the two parent Pokemon need different language tags. Choose the Ditto language that differs from your other breeding Pokemon.
Trainer Name changes are not offered on this package because the Japanese choices keep their Japanese original Trainer. Other customization is not included.
Y-Comm delivery
Delivery takes one Y-Comm Link Trade for a Single Ditto or 25 trades for the All Natures package. You need a Nintendo Account, Nintendo Switch Online, and the same number of Pokemon to trade back. The Sword and Shield section of the Trade Guide explains the process.

Please ensure you have a stable Internet connection to trade. To check if you can trade online with Rawkhet (and others), do a Test Connection on your Switch (System Settings > Internet > Test Connection) and ensure that your NAT Type is A, B, or C (where A/B is ideal).
NAT Type D and F will NOT be able to connect with other players. Mobile hotspots from your iOS or Android device, public WiFi, and work/enterprise WiFi are usually NAT Type D. Use a different network or find troubleshooting steps on Nintendo Support.

I ordered the 25x Ditto bundle at around 7pm. Received an email asking if I was available to trade at 11:45am the next day. The trade was setup nice & fast, the overall transaction took a bit as it was 25 Pokemon but it was quickly done and no mistakes took place. All pokemon delivered with the correct items/IV/Natures. Did however notice that all contain Pokerus which isn’t negative however this wasn’t listed and I would of liked to know so before hand. Will probably order again in the future.
