The Custom Pokemon listing is also for customers who want to buy a single Pokemon from a specific package, instead of buying the entire package. Unlike the packages, there is also no extra payment for Trainer customization – this is included in the cost, and fields are available in the Teambuilder. If applying Trainer customization, use the appropriate fields in the Teambuilder or explicitly state the customization at Checkout. This is not default. Shiny requests must also be explicitly declared.
If your order has some level of customization (e.g. movesets, nature, EVs), you MUST use the Showdown or Rawkhet Teambuilder or the order will be rejected. Only outright basic orders such as “Shiny Charmander” or “Level 100 Zacian” or a Pokemon from one of the packages will not require Showdown Format.

To trade in Pokemon Sword and Shield, you'll need a Nintendo Account and an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription. Your Switch Friend Code and in-game Card Code are unnecessary.
- Press the [Y] button to open the Y-Comm.
- Press [+] to connect to the Internet. The top right should say "Internet".
- Choose Link Trade and then Set Link Code.
- When you're up in the Trade Queue, you'll receive a Link Code that you can enter here.
- Wait for the trade to be established. Stay in the overworld and do not open any menus. It should say "Searching..." at the bottom left.
- IMPORTANT: If we don't connect within a minute, please reply to let us know (no need to retry) so we can try another code.
Please ensure you have a stable Internet connection to trade. To check if you can trade online with Rawkhet (and others), do a Test Connection on your Switch (System Settings > Internet > Test Connection) and ensure that your NAT Type is A, B, or C (where A/B is ideal).
NAT Type D and F will NOT be able to connect with other players. Mobile hotspots from your iOS or Android device, public WiFi, and work/enterprise WiFi are usually NAT Type D. Use a different network or find troubleshooting steps on Nintendo Support.

I would say Rawkhet is super amazing vendor. Couldn’t be happier than this.
Even though he got a lot of orders in Isle of Armor DLC release, but he managed to deliver pokemons within his commitment (no longer than 24 hours).
All you need to support him is to act correctly in Trade Guideline and act correctly in the game and prepare junk pokemons to trade.

Please be sure to read extensively the conditions and guidelines for what Pokémon you’re ordering so you order exactly what you want, and alleviate the time it takes you and Rawkhet to process and trade your order. If nothing else, for courtesy alone, they’re really cool and you get exactly what you want.
Processing time too was less than half of what was projected, so they’re very punctual and efficient. Looking forward to order more and make things easier for them. This place is perfect for Pokémon you just can’t catch, or have no time to breed and/or raise for battle. Definitely worth it.
